Provincial Government of Surigao Del Norte (PGSDN) Gov. Francisco T. Matugas issued 5th Supplement to EO No. 21-010, s. 2021 Lifting the “Modified Limited No Travel Policy” of all persons coming from Metro Manila and the Provinces of Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna and Rizal.
SALIENT POINTS
The “Modified Limited No Travel Policy” of all persons coming from Metro Manila and the Provinces of Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna and Rizal is hereby LIFTED.
Negative RT-PCR (swab/saliva) test results is still required for those who have been partially or fully vaccinated of COVID-19 vaccines.
Post-Antigen testing still applies to those who have been partially or fully vaccinated of COVID-19 vaccines.
All persons coming (including passing through passengers) from the Province of Dinagat Island should present a Negative RT-PCR or Antigen test result.
