EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 21-023, Series of 2021 AN ORDER DECLARATION THE ENTIRE CITY OF SURIGAO AND THE MUNICIPALITIES OF CLAVER, GIGAQUIT, GENERAL LUNA, MALIMONO, PLACER AND SISON, ALL OF THIS PROVINCE, UNDER THE STATE OF “MODIFIED ENHANCED COMMUNITY QUARANTINE (MECQ)”
WHEREAS, there is a sudden increase of confirmed positive cases of COVID-19 in the City of Surigao and the Municipalities of Claver, Gigaquit, General Luna, Malimono, Placer and Sison, all of this Province. The immediate rise in cases is very alarming, to say that least, indicating rapid and widespread transmission within the city and the aforementioned municipalities as supported by the following number of ongoing active cases as of 24 May 2021:
a.) Surigao city- 187
b.) Claver-20
c.) Gigaquit- 15
d.) General luna- 10
e.) Malimono- 11
f. ) Placer- 9
g.) Sison- 25
Starting May 28, 2021 to June 4, 2021
The following City/Municipalities are under State of Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ)- Surigao City- Claver- Gigaquit- General Luna- Malimono- Placer- Sison
RESTRICTIONS
Not allowed to go out of their residences except when indispensable under the circumstances for obtaining essential goods and services or for work in industries and offices
Below 15 years old
Over 65 years old
Those with immunodeficiency, comorbidities, or other health risks
Pregnant women
Use of Quarantine Pass
Travel Pass and Work Pass
Liquor Ban
Mass gathering is strictly prohibited
Prohibition of Indoor Dine-in services
Suspension of Face to Face Classes
9:00PM to 4:00AM Curfew
