We give importance to making sure that the prices and supply of goods especially of foods in our local markets are stable. Thus, we invited Store Owners, Fish Vendors, Market Supervisors, Fruit and Vegetable Vendors, Fisher Folks, Personnel from the Municipal Agriculture Office, Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO), Rural Health Unit (RHU), Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO), and Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) to a Local Price Coordinating Council Meeting together with Rennel C. Dalagan of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) – Surigao Del Norte. This meeting aims to discuss possible actions to regulate the prices and supply in our Locality to protect the General Luna consumers from possible price hikes.
Thank you DTI for working hand in hand with the Municipality of General Luna in making sure that the prices and supply in our locality are stabilized.
