NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC!
Cluster III: Island Hopping on the Islands of Guyam, Daku, Pansukian/Naked, Suyangan, Mam-on, La Januza and Anajawan
Note:
1. Municipal Tax Ordinance No. 001-22, s. 2022 imposing Environmental Conservation Fee for the entry to Cluster III tourist spots shall be implemented beginning 01 Otober 2022.
2. The ALL ACCESS ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION FEE mentioned in Section 1 of Municipal Tax Ordinance No. 001-22, s. 2022 shall allow TOURISTS to access all the tourist spots in General Luna, Surigao Del Norte particularly clustered as follows:
a.) Cluster I – Cloud 9 including the entry to the beach facing Jacking Horse, Jacking Horse, Tuazon Point and such other surfing, paddle boarding snorkeling, diving, boating and leisure fishing areas in Barangay Catangnan
b.) Cluster II – Cloud 10 consisting of tourist spots in Barangays Cabitoonan, Libertad, Sta Fe, Sta Cruz, Corazon and Consuelo such as but not limited to surfing areas, paddle boarding areas, wake parks and such other areas for snorkeling, diving, boating and leisure fishing as well as island hopping
c.) Cluster III – Designated areas for Island Hopping mentioned in Municipal Ordinance No. 005-18, s. 2018 of this Municipality such as Guyam, Daku, Pansukian/Naked, Suyangan, Mam-on, La Januza and Anajawan Islands
d.) Cluster IV – Designated areas for River Cruising/Boating such as but not limited to the river/s passing through barangays Catangnan, Cabitoonan, Magsaysay and Tawin2x as well as the river passing through Barangay Malinao
e.) Other tourist spots in the Municipality such as Secret Beach in Barangay Malinao, surfing areas not mentioned above including the Graveyard/Cemetery, and such other surfing, snorkeling, diving, boating and leisure fishing areas already discovered or yet to be discovered
