The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will be affecting the southern portion of Mindanao while the easterlies will affect the rest of the country on Wednesday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.
Davao Region and SOCCSKSARGEN will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms brought about by the ITCZ with possible flash floods or landslides during moderate to at times heavy rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to the easterlies / localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Northern Luzon wind speed forecast is light to moderate moving in the southeast to northeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
The wind speed forecast for the rest of the country is light to moderate and moving in the east to northeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
