The Committee on Economic Affairs, Trade of Surigao del Norte’s Sangguniang Panlalawigan conducted a committee meeting on September 13, 2022, 9:00 in the morning at SP Lounge to discuss the following ordinances submitted by the Municipality of General Luna:
1. Municipal Ordinance No. 028-22 General Luna, this province, entitled. “An Ordinance amending Art. Il, Sec. 13.1 (Regulated Fees and Charges) of Municipal Ordinance No. 005- 18. series of 2018, otherwise known as General Luna Island Hopping and Water Sports Activities Regulation Ordinance”

2. Municipal Ordinance No. 001-22 of General Luna, this province, entitled, “An Ordinance exacting Environmental Conservation Fee and lowering of Business Tax on Resorts and other similar establishments in General Luna, Surigao del Norte, imposing penalties for violation thereof and for other purposes.”

The said hearing was presided by Board Member Kent Yuipco and its members: BM Plaza, BM Recabo, BM Larong, BM Navarro and the Provincial Finance Committee.
