A shear line affecting Extreme Northern Luzon and the easterlies will bring rain showers over the National Capital Region (NCR) and the rest of the country on Saturday, PAGASA said in its weather forecast.
Eastern Visayas, Bicol Region, Quezon, Aurora, and the southern portion of Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the easterlies. Flash floods or landslides may result due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
NCR and the rest of the country meanwhile will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the shear line and easterlies. During severe thunderstorms, flash floods or landslides may occur.
Coastal waters will be moderate to rough over the seaboards of Luzon, with waves possibly reaching up to 4 meters tall.
The seas will be slight to moderate in the rest of the country.
