Cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will be experienced over Batanes and Cagayan due to the shear line, PAGASA said Monday.
In its 24-hour forecast, the weather bureau advised affected residents to prepare for possible flash floods or landslides during moderate to, at times, heavy rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country, meanwhile, will have partly cloudy skies to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.
Flash floods or landslides are also possible during severe thunderstorms, PAGASA added.
Further, moderate to strong wind and moderate to rough coastal water conditions will prevail over Luzon, while light to moderate winds and slight to moderate waters will be experienced in Visayas and Mindanao.—Ma. Angelica Garcia/LDF, GMA News
