Ridge of high pressure area to affect Northern, Central Luzon

The ridge of high pressure area has moved into Northern and Central Luzon, according to the weather bureau PAGASA on Tuesday.

Based on PAGASA’s 4 p.m. weather forecast, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to easterlies or localized thunderstorms.

PAGASA warned of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Both the wind speed forecast and coastal water conditions for the country will be light to moderate.
