The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is forecasted to bring cloudy skies, scattered rains and thunderstorms over parts of Mindanao and Palawan on Friday, PAGASA reported.
SOCCSKSARGEN, Zamboanga Peninsula, BARMM, and Palawan will have cloudy skies with rain showers and thunderstorms brought about by the ITCZ with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Extreme Northern Luzon and the eastern section of Luzon and Visayas will experience moderate wind speed moving in the northeast to east while coastal waters will be moderate.
The rest of the country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to northeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
