The ridge of high pressure area will be affecting several areas in Northern and Central Luzon, according to the weather bureau PAGASA on Thursday.
Based on PAGASA’s 4 p.m. weather forecast, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to easterlies or localized thunderstorms.
PAGASA advised of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Both wind speed forecast and coastal water conditions for the rest of the country will be light to moderate, the weather bureau said.
