The Northeast Monsoon will continue to affect Northern Luzon, while the easterlies will prevail over Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, PAGASA said in its Wednesday forecast.

Possible flash floods or landslides may occur as a result of the said weather conditions.
Meanwhile, Luzon will be experiencing moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough seas, while the rest of the country will be having light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters.
