The Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) continues to affect Luzon on Sunday and will bring rains over several areas, PAGASA said in its weather forecast.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon except Mimaropa and the Bicol Region will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains due to the monsoon.

Visayas, Mindanao, Mimaropa, and the Bicol Region meanwhile will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms. Flash floods or landslides may result during severe thunderstorms.
Coastal waters will be moderate to rough in the seaboards of Luzon and Visayas, and slight to moderate in Mindanao.
