The Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) is bringing rain to parts of Northern Luzon, PAGASA said on Tuesday.
The daily weather forecast indicated the Northeast Monsoon will bring cloudy skies with rains over Batanes, Cagayan, and Isabela.
The Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and the rest of Cagayan Valley will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.
Meanwhile, Aurora, Quezon, Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Dinagat Islands, Surigao del Norte, and Surigao del Sur will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms because of the Easterlies.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms as a result of the easterlies and localized thunderstorms.
Possible flash floods or landslides may occur in some areas as a result of said weather conditions.
The forecast added Luzon will have moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough coastal waters, while Visayas and Mindanao will have light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters.
