The effects of the monsoon trough, cloudy skies and occasional rains, will be felt across the country on Friday, PAGASA reported.
Metro Manila, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, and MIMAROPA will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms brought about by the monsoon trough with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms also due to the monsoon trough with possible flash floods or landslides due to severe thunderstorms.
The whole country will have light to moderate wind speed moving in the southwest to southeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
