The northeast monsoon or amihan will continue to bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rain over Luzon and Western Visayas on Thursday, PAGASA reported.
Mindanao and the rest of Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
The eastern section of the country will experience moderate to strong wind speed moving northeastward while coastal will remain moderate to rough.
The rest of the country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the northeast to north while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
