ITCZ to bring isolated rains over NCR, other parts of the country

The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will be affecting Mindanao and Palawan on Saturday, PAGASA reported.

The National Capital Region and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms brought about by the ITCZ and localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Extreme Northern Luzon will experience moderate wind speed moving in the southeast to east direction. Coastal waters will be moderate.

The rest of the country will experience light to moderate- wind speed moving in the east to northeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
