The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will bring scattered rains and thunderstorms over parts of Mindanao, PAGASA reported.
Eastern Visayas, Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, Dinagat Islands, and Davao Oriental will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the ITCZ with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate with at times heavy rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the ITCZ and localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Extreme Northern Luzon will experience moderate wind speed moving in the northeast to east direction while coastal waters remain moderate.
The rest of the country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to northeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
