The series of activity is part of the SIPLAS week’s celebration at Surigao Del Norte State University (SNSU-Del Carmen Campus) and participated by the major stakeholders of SIPLAS viz., the local communities, stakeholders, Non-government organizations, and the LGUs from nine (9)municipalities of SIPLAS which have crucial roles and functions in managing and conserving its natural resources.
