The Local Government Unit of Del Carmen thru its Rural Health Unit conducted their regular local health board meeting about the determinants of SOHG in Del Carmen.

The Seal of Health Governance (SOHG) is a health leadership programme that merges a top-down and a bottom-up approach by encouraging and empowering Del Carmen community leaders and members to address their health issues and governance capacities through open- participatory competition addressing health issues that affects them.

SOHG’s monitoring and evaluation process ensures the quality implementation and sustainability of health programmes of the municipality.
