Mayor JR Coro of Del Carmen, with the other Mayors of Siargao Island and Surigao Del Norte District 1 Representative Cong Bingo Matugas, welcomed the team and paid a courtesy visit to Mayor Sol Matugas of General Luna, where the World Surf League will be taking place.
