- for the construction for the boat, a provided we have already the mold is yung waxing and we make four applications. So when you applied the wax you’ve buffet parang nag fofloorwax ka lang sa sahig so nakikita nyo yung kintab. So after the four applications of the wax we proceed to the application of the gel-kote.
GELCOAT APPLICATION
- We first thing when we did is to get the container to mix this blue Gel-kote to the white Gel-kote.
- For the first application ng gel-kote we use the paintbrush. Para maabot natin ang mga suloksulok dun sa may sa boat.
- And the second application we use, we use the roller na para mageven out. The mga paint brushes hindi even so that’s why we use the roller to even out yung application ng gel-kote. Yung pag tuyo ng gel-kote is actually depende sa weather yun kung medyo malamig it will take sometimes bago sya matuyo peru kung mainit mabilis lang mga siguro give or take 15 to 20 minutes you can applied the second coating. And then after that pag natuyo na yung second coating you can now proceed to the layout.
Sa pag gawa ng Bangkang pinoy very crucial ang mga unang hakbang because it serve is a protection from apparition and chemical attacks kaya siguraduhing tama ang pag wax at pag applied ng Gel-kote sa inyong boat.
