The Southwest Monsoon or Habagat will continue to bring cloudy skies and rains over the western sections of Northern and Central Luzon on Saturday, PAGASA reported.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the monsoon and localized thunderstorms with the possibility of flash floods or landslides occurring during severe thunderstorms.
The whole country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the south to southwest direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
