The Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) will continue to affect Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, according to PAGASA on Saturday.
Palawan, Zamboanga Peninsula, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the Southwest Monsoon, while Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms because of Habagat and localized thunderstorms.
Flooding and landslides may occur due to the inclement weather.
The Philippines will experience light to moderate winds blowing from southwest to south, along with slight to moderate coastal waters.
The sun will rise over Metro Manila at 5:43 a.m. on Sunday. — Jiselle Casucian/VBL, GMA Integrated News
