The frontal system will bring cloudy skies with rains over parts of Batanes and Babuyan Islands, according to the state weather bureau PAGASA on Tuesday.
Based on PAGASA’s 4 p.m. weather forecast, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to easterlies or localized thunderstoms.
PAGASA cautioned of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, the wind speed forecast for the rest of the country will be light to moderate, while the coastal water conditions will be slight to moderate.
PAGASA said the sun will rise at 5:30 a.m. on Wednesday.—Richa Noriega/=AOL, GMA Integrated News
