Easterlies to prevail over Visayas, Mindanao

The easterlies will continue to affect Visayas and Mindanao, according to the state weather bureau PAGASA.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, PAGASA said in its 4 p.m. weather forecast.
 
PAGASA warned of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
