The easterlies prevailing over Luzon and Visayas on Sunday will bring scattered rain showers over Aurora, Quezon, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Albay, and Catanduanes, PAGASA said in its early morning forecast.
These areas will also have cloudy skies and thunderstorms. Flash floods or landslides may occur during times of moderate or heavy rains.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies and the Intertropical Convergence Zone. PAGASA warned of flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Coastal waters will be slight to moderate throughout the country.
