The Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas and Aurora will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms on Monday due to the easterlies affecting the country, PAGASA said in its early morning forecast.
Flash floods or landslides may occur during times of moderate to heavy rains.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies and localized thunderstorms.
PAGASA said flash floods or landslides may result following severe thunderstorms.
Coastal waters throughout the country will be slight to moderate.
