The ridge of High Pressure Area (HPA) is extending over Northern Luzon on Friday, PAGASA reported.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will continue to have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies and localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Northern Luzon will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to southeast direction while coastal waters remain light to moderate.
The rest of the country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to northeast direction while coastal waters will be light to moderate.
