The effects of the easterlies and localized thunderstorms will continue to be felt over parts of the country on Friday, PAGASA reported.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies and localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Northern Luzon will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the southeast to northeast direction while coastal water will remain light to moderate.
The rest of the country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to northeast direction while coastal waters will be light to moderate.
