The easterlies continue to affect Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, according to PAGASA on Friday afternoon.
Batanes and Babuyan Islands are forecast to have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains because of the Northeast Monsoon, while Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies and localized thunderstorms.
Northern Luzon will have moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough coastal waters, while the rest of the country will experience light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters.
