Batanes, Babuyan Islands, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Zambales, Bataan, and Kalayaan Islands will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms brought about by the southwest monsoon with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.

The wind speed forecast in the northern and western sections of Luzon is moderate to strong moving in the south to southwest direction while coastal waters will be moderate to strong.

The rest of the country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the southeast to south direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

Severe Winds

No tropical cyclone wind signal is currently hoisted for this tropical cyclone.

Hazards affecting coastal waters

A Gale Warning remains in effect over the western seaboards of northern and central Luzon as moderate to rough seas will also prevail over the remaining seaboards of northern Luzon and the western seaboard of southern Luzon.
