Dog tucked inside small plastic container rescued in Cavite

A dog that was placed inside a small plastic container and disposed of in Cavite was rescued, according to a report on “State of the Nation.”

The Animal Kingdom Foundation found the dog in a grassy lot in Dasmariñas, Cavite.

The dog was very weak, with scabies, and malnourished.

Nobody could say why the dog was left in the said condition.

The dog is in the care of veterinarians.

The Foundation warned that persons who abandon pets will face criminal charges that, if found guilty, includes imprisonment and fines. — BAP, GMA Integrated News
