The Northeast Monsoon or amihan will bring cloudy skies with isolated rain showers over Luzon, PAGASA said in its Thursday weather forecast.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies and localized thunderstorms, the state weather bureau added.
PAGASA said the Northeast Monsoon will affect Aurora, Apayao, Batanes, and Cagayan including Babuyan Islands, Ilocos Region, the rest of Cordillera Administrative Region, and the rest of Cagayan Valley.
Meanwhile, Luzon will have moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough coastal waters, while the rest of the country is expected to have light to moderate winds with slight to moderate seas.
