Cloudy skies with isolated rains and thunderstorms will prevail over the eastern section of the country due to easterlies, weather bureau PAGASA said on Thursday.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms mostly in the eastern section due to easterlies or localized thunderstorms, according to PAGASA’s 4 p.m. weather forecast.
PAGASA also warned of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
The wind speed forecast for Northern Luzon is moderate to strong moving northeast, while coastal water conditions will be moderate to rough.
