Cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will prevail over Mindanao, Western and Central Visayas, and Palawan due to the intertropical convergence zone, PAGASA said Tuesday.
In its 24-hour forecast, PAGASA warned affected residents to prepare for possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to, at times, heavy rains.
Meanwhile, the ITCZ or localized thunderstorms will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
Flash floods or landslides are also possible due to severe thunderstorms.
Further, light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal water conditions will be experienced in Northern Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao, and the rest of Luzon. — Ma. Angelica Garcia/BM, GMA News
