The Northeast Monsoon or Amihan is affecting parts of Luzon, while the Easterlies are affecting the rest of the country.
According to PAGASA’s daily weather forecast on Thursday, Luzon will be experiencing partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the Northeast Monsoon, while Visayas and Mindanao will be having partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms because of the Easterlies and localized thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, northern Luzon, the eastern sections of central and southern Luzon, and eastern Visayas are forecast to have moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough waters, while the rest of the country will be having light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters.
