A 74-year-old farmer was arrested in Magpet, Cotabato for allegedly raping his 15-year-old grandchild, according to a report on “Saksi.”
CJ Torida reported on GMA Regional TV North Central Luzon that the police said the first rape incident occurred last year.
The victim is living with her grandfather because the mother is abroad.
However, the grandfather was not the only one who abused the victim, according to police investigation.
The victim said that in the year 2021, she was also raped by her father and an uncle.
“Nauna ang tatay na na-file-an ng kaso, then habang nasa custody siya ng DSWD nag-reveal siya na na-rape din siya ng lolo niya. Matagal na rin hinahanap ang tatay niya. Yung tiyuhin niya, hinihintay pa namin ang arrest warrant niya, kasi sabay ito sa lolo pag-file namin,” said Magpet PNP Chief Police Major Rolando Dillera, Jr.
